Terms & Conditions:

• All requests should be in writing to Unitours.
• With all requests please provide passenger name, check-in, check-out dates, and flight details, and try to reserve all services well in advance.
• Unitours rates are net in United States Dollars ( US $ ) and are inclusive of government tax and service charge.
• Full prepayment is required at least 72 hours before passenger's arrival. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of services.
• Cancellation deadline is 72 hours prior to arrival date.
• In case of no show, one night cancellation charge will be applied.
• Normal check-in time on day of arrival is 1300 hours.
• Normal check-out time on day of departure is 1200 hours.

Unitours acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels. All transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Unitours is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time or printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists agreement to the above conditions.
